How does AC Link work?
Emerald AC Link is an add-on which connects to your split system air conditioning unit, to your smartphone. Acting as a gateway that securely sends signals from your smartphone straight to your AC split system via the Emerald App.
Once connected to your home Wi-Fi and paired with the Emerald App, AC Link puts complete control of your split system right in your hands, wherever you are.
Adjust settings, monitor performance, and optimise comfort from anywhere, making it easy to keep your home at the perfect temperature—anytime, anywhere.

What's the difference between the ducted and the Split System Air conditioning?
Both Emerald ducted and split system air conditioners are engineered for efficiency, but they differ in design, installation, and how they distribute air.
Emerald Ducted System is a centralised solution that uses ductwork to distribute air throughout multiple rooms, making it ideal for whole-home comfort and larger spaces. The ducted system offers a discreet installation with vents in the ceiling or floor, maintaining a clean and minimalist appearance. With Emerald App integration, you can easily control temperature settings across your home for optimised comfort.
Emerald Split System Air Conditioning, is designed for individual rooms or open plan areas. It includes an indoor unit mounted in the room and an outdoor unit, providing focused cooling and heating for specific spaces without the need for ductwork. This setup is often more flexible for homes with limited space or for areas needing targeted temperature control. The split system can also be connected to the Emerald App, via AC Link, offering convenient control directly from your smartphone.
Both options are energy efficient, but the choice depends on your space requirements, installation preferences, and desired control over temperature distribution.
