Emerald is the manufacturer of the product, but all purchase and delivery arrangements are handled by your installer. For all hot water heat pump or air conditioning deliveries, please contact your installer directly for delivery details, terms and conditions.

Contact-free deliveries

Our delivery partners follow a fully contact-free process for both collection and delivery. All orders are handled without requiring a signature, ensuring a safe and seamless delivery experience. We will not leave a delivery unattended at your address unless you have provided an authority to leave.
Delivery timeframes
We prioritise fast and efficient service, packing and dispatching your orders as quickly as possible. Orders are dispatched from our warehouses located across Australia. Delivery times may vary depending on the city of destination, the method of shipping selected and stock availability.
In most Metro Areas, delivery is typically within 1–3 business days from dispatch. For locations outside Metro Areas, please allow 2–5 business days from dispatch. Occasionally, orders may be shipped from interstate warehouses, which can extend delivery times slightly. Please note any delivery time or date given by us to you is an estimate only. You accept responsibility and delivery of the goods regardless of if delivered outside of estimated delivery time.
You can track delivery with the tracking number provided to you upon confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
Currently, we do not provide international delivery options. We are unable to deliver to PO Box or locker addresses.
*Metro Areas means any delivery zones covering a 50km radius around Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Canberra, Brisbane, and the Gold Coast.
Keeping your items safe
We take every measure to ensure your delivery arrives securely. If no one is available to receive your order, a card will be left with instructions for collection from a nearby post office.
Authority to leave
If you prefer your delivery left at your address, simply check the box at checkout, and our selected couriers will follow your instructions unless they reasonably deem there is no safe place on the premises to leave your delivery. If you have selected ‘authority to leave’, you acknowledge and agree that:
- the delivery is deemed received when left at your premises;
- to the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss or damage which results from an ‘authority to leave’ delivery.
Free Delivery of $79.00 for Emerald Smart Tech
If your order of Eligible Items is valued at $79 AUD or more, then you are eligible for free delivery within Metro Area.
Eligible Items means the Emerald AC Link, Live Link and Electricity Advisor, when purchased directly through emerald.com.au.
Cancelling items, combining orders, or changing your delivery address or delivery method may affect your order’s free delivery eligibility.
If your order is less than $79 or being delivered to an area outside of the Metro Area, the delivery fee will be calculated at checkout when you provide your postcode.
Delivery details
It is important that you verify that your information is correct and accurate, including the delivery address. If the address provided is incorrect and the package is returned, you may be invoiced for the additional delivery charges in order for your delivery to reach you. You agree to this by placing an order with us.
We may deliver items in separate consignments.
