Provide expert technical support, training, and service coordination to ensure seamless experiences for B2B and B2C customers across Heat Pump, Air Conditioning, and smart IoT product ranges.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Support: Provide product and technical support for B2B and B2C customers across Heat Pump, Air Con and smart IoT product ranges. Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical and install challenges.
Training and Documentation: Help develop and deliver training sessions for B2B customers on product installation, usage and maintenance.
Service Coordination: Schedule and coordinate service calls, ensuring timely response and resolution of customer issues.
Warranty Management: Manage warranty claims and processes, ensuring that all claims are handled promptly and accurately.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
About you
- 2 years’ experience in providing support and training in a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to relate to customers and provide a high level of customer service.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with AR function, allocating payments, sending account statements and following up on aged debtors.
- Oversee AP function, including invoice processing, reconciliation and preparation of payments, and sending remittances.
- Manage supplier and customer queries, verifying new customer and vendor details.
- Assist with credit card, banking and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Record keeping and data entry through Xero.
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions and administration.
- Assist finance team through month-end and year-end processes.
- Maintenance of Fixed Asset register.
What you’ll need
- At least 2 years experience in Accounts Assistant/related role
- Strong IT skills (especially Microsoft Office) Excel
- Strong commercial awareness
- Experience working with XERO is desirable
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in daily tasks
- Ability to use initiative and be proactive; excellent time management skills
- Strong work ethic, diligence and integrity
- Ability to work well in a team, with flexibility to help out wherever necessary

The Role
The Compliance Officer is responsible for supporting customers to optimise incentive opportunities available from energy efficiency programs while ensuring that all compliance requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for a Compliance and Customer Service team in supporting customers to optimise incentives.
- Managing, building, and training the Compliance Team to provide quality, accurate, consistent claims processes under the energy efficiency methods.
- Perform claims and review installation evidence to verify, and approve claims related to energy efficiency projects.
- Performing administrative duties, such as generating reports and maintaining records.
- Update and maintain key registers, activity checklists, and manage certificate creation target forecasts.
- Building relationships with customers, helping to achieve creation targets and providing advice and guidance across the energy efficiency industry.
- Manage business partners and support with customer training when required.
About You
- Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organisation and planning skills.
- Goal-driven with a leadership style.
- Confident and comfortable building relationships with customers.
