Supervisor, Technical Support
Provide expert technical support, training, and service coordination to ensure seamless experiences for B2B and B2C customers across Heat Pump, Air Conditioning, and smart IoT product ranges.
Job description
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support: Provide product and technical support for B2B and B2C customers across Heat Pump, Air Con and smart IoT product ranges. Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical and install challenges.
Training and Documentation: Help develop and deliver training sessions for B2B customers on product installation, usage and maintenance.
Service Coordination: Schedule and coordinate service calls, ensuring timely response and resolution of customer issues.
Warranty Management: Manage warranty claims and processes, ensuring that all claims are handled promptly and accurately.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
About you
- 2 years’ experience in providing support and training in a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to relate to customers and provide a high level of customer service.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Be a driven and high-energy individual who has initiative.
- Be confident and enjoy interacting with a diverse range of people.
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.

Assistant, Accounts

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with AR function, allocating payments, sending account statements and following up on aged debtors.
- Oversee AP function, including invoice processing, reconciliation and preparation of payments, and sending remittances.
- Manage supplier and customer queries, verifying new customer and vendor details.
- Assist with credit card, banking and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Record keeping and data entry through Xero.
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions and administration.
- Assist finance team through month-end and year-end processes.
- Maintenance of Fixed Asset register.
What you’ll need
- At least 2 years experience in Accounts Assistant/related role
- Strong IT skills (especially Microsoft Office) Excel
- Strong commercial awareness
- Experience working with XERO is desirable
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in daily tasks
- Ability to use initiative and be proactive; excellent time management skills
- Strong work ethic, diligence and integrity
- Ability to work well in a team, with flexibility to help out wherever necessary
- Be accountable and an open communicator, flagging and resolving issues in a timely manner

The Operations Manager is a dynamic role focused on optimising systems, processes, and operations across the organization. This individual will oversee the Tech Support Manager, support various business units, and lead special projects to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Tech Support Manager and ensure the technical support department operates effectively and meets performance goals.
- Act as a generalist across the business, supporting the Emerald and Creditex divisions with systems and operational improvements.
- Analyze and improve existing systems, processes, and workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Lead special projects, such as developing an installation business model to manage subcontractors and sales agents for in-house installations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify operational challenges and implement solutions.
- Provide regular updates and reports on operational performance and project progress to the Chief Operating Officer.

- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a multi-disciplinary environment.
