Emerald Warranty
Emerald is committed to quality and performance, and has dedicated Manufacturer Warranty relating to all products bearing the Emerald brand.
It is expected that consumers contact their installation company first as they will attempt to resolve the issue, and Emerald should only become involved if the issue requires warranty support that the Installer cannot address.
Solar Soaker
A great feature for your customers is Solar Soaker.
Solar Soaker is a free feature within Emerald App which repurposes excess energy from solar panels to an Emerald Heat Pump to heat water, bypassing the metre and saving money at bill time.
With the addition of AC Link, Solar Soaker can also automatically run your air conditioning when excess solar is detected.
Emerald Network
Emerald Network is a central platform to manage your Emerald products, install’s, consumption and data.
Simply use the Emerald Network Installer App to track your installs and connect it to your Emerald Network Dashboard to manage them.
