Boost mode
Use the control panel to boost mode and quickly heats water when demand spikes.
Silent mode
Use the control panel to set silent mode, reducing the system’s sound output while still efficiently heating water.

Who can install an Emerald Hot Water Heat Pump?
All Emerald products must be installed by a licenced professional. For example a qualified plumber, electrician or HVAC specialist.
If you’re a business looking to install Emerald heat pump solutions, we work closely with you to offer training. Installers must be trained to handle Emerald hot water heat pump installations safely and efficiently. You will gain this training as part of your onboarding to Emerald either through documentation or video training.
Compliance training, required to obtain certificates, can be provided by Creditex.
