Damages

All products must be inspected within 7 days after delivery, the Customer must inspect the Products and provide notice to the Supplier of any damaged Products, with evidence to the reasonable satisfaction of the Supplier.

By proceeding with the installation of any product that has visible or known damage at the time of installation, the installer and/or customer acknowledges and accepts the condition of the product as-is.

Emerald, as the manufacturer, is not liable for any faults, failures, performance issues, or associated costs arising from the installation or operation of any products that were damaged prior to installation. Installation of a damaged unit voids any warranty claim relating to that damage.
