Standard Delivery (Metro/Commercial Sites)
- Orders ≥ $1,500: Free
- Orders < $1,500: $50 (Exc. GST)
- W/S Rebate Customers (< $250): $25 (Exc. GST)
Interstate Deliveries
- Rural/Interstate/Tailgate and Express services will now attract a freight charge (see freight charges table)
- Interstate orders without projections/backorders that fall outside of the stock moves will attract a freight charge
- Express Services
- Standard surcharge applies (Metro/Commercial).
- Rural/interstate requires a quote.

Freight Delay Charges: Any additional charges incurred due to delays on the customer’s end (e.g., loading/unloading hold-ups or site issues) will be passed on in full, regardless of prior quotes or pricing.
