Emerald Heat Pump Account Credit Program – Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 1 May 2025

This offer is available by invitation only and is governed by the following terms and conditions.

By participating, customers agree to be bound by these terms.

Eligibility

This program is available only to selected Emerald customers who have received direct communication from Emerald or whose participation has been confirmed via their Account Manager.
Participation is subject to Emerald’s discretion and eligibility may vary by customer or account status.

Program Overview

From 1 May 2025, eligible customers will receive account credits based on the quantity of heat pump units purchased in a given calendar month.
Eligible heat pumps include:
- Emerald Select, Pro, and Ultra All-In-One Hot Water Heat Pumps (inclusive of all sizes and E and non-E models)
- Emerald 300L Split System Hot Water Heat Pump
Credits are only redeemable against future purchases of Emerald Multi-Head or Ducted Air Conditioning Systems.
This offer does not apply to single-head air conditioning units or any other Emerald products.

Credit Tiers

Credits will be calculated monthly and applied as follows:

Credit Redemption

Credits are issued at the beginning of the month following the qualifying purchase month.
(e.g. Credits for heat pump purchases made in May will be issued in early June.)
Credits must be redeemed within 3 months of issue.
(e.g. Credits issued on 1 June 2025 must be used by 1 September 2025.)
No extensions will be granted beyond the redemption window.
Credits may only be redeemed against qualifying purchases made within the redemption window.

Limitations

Credits cannot be converted to cash or transferred.
Credits cannot be applied to:
- Past purchases
- Single-head air conditioning units
- Any product outside the Emerald multi-head or ducted AC range
Unused credits will expire at the end of the 3-month period and hold no residual value.

Account Standing

To qualify for credit application or redemption, the customer’s account must be within agreed trading terms (i.e. not overdue).
Emerald reserves the right to withhold or cancel credits for accounts not in good standing.

General Conditions

Emerald reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this program at any time without prior notice.
All decisions by Emerald regarding credit issuance, redemption or eligibility are final.
